Responsibilities:
Maintaining the upkeep of the office daily, which includes cleaning and servicing the office.
Serving beverages and refreshments to the employees and visitors.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other staff in performing their duties.
Clear the dustbins- wipe all the tables
Clean the pantry and check and inform the pantry and office stationery requirements.
Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
Should be sincere, hardworking and trustworthy.
