Actively manage sales channels, achieve and exceed targets.
Should be able to handle a team of 15 members.
Build a strong pipeline of deals and generate new leads.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Control expenses and monitor budgets
Qualification:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales experience in Real Estate is a must. Freehold will be an advantage.
Proven organizational and planning ability.
Driving License is mandate
