Accountant
A building materials trading and processing company is looking for qualified candidate that can handle the accountant jobs.
Responsibilities :
1. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed. Archive the documents in a organized manner.
2. Cost calculation for transactions.
3. To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data.
And prepare financial reports
4. Issue and Manage LPO with suppliers.
5. To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and.
Receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner.
6. To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document.
Transactions.
7. Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
8. Support month-end and year-end close process.
9. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls.
10. Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating data.
